Youth and Adults (16+)

Our program is specifically designed for adult swimmers who want to learn water safety and swimming strokes, as well as improve and refine their stroke technique. It’s important to emphasize that swimming can be learned at any age, with or without previous experience. Adult swimmers will learn essential and advanced principles of swimming, such as buoyancy, kicks, paddles, underwaters, stroke development, stroke technique refinement, breath control, and water safety.

Whether you’re a beginner, or have had a traumatic experience in the water, we will guide and teach you a new approach to swimming, building your skill and confidence levels. Our instructors will work with you to help you overcome any fears or challenges you may have, making swimming a fun and rewarding experience.

More advanced swimmers can benefit from our program as well. They will learn new drills and techniques to improve their swimming expertise and increase their training capacity. Our program provides a comprehensive, individualized approach to teaching swimming that will help adult swimmers of all levels improve their skills and achieve their goals.
