Our swimming instructors use a child-centered teaching approach to create a positive connection with water, building strong foundations of trust and safety. Essential principles of swimming, including buoyancy, kicks, paddles, underwaters, stroke development, and water safety, are taught through fun and interactive games to young swimmers.
